the above is a subliminal to lose weight, and i’m not even kidding, i was not hungry AT ALL today after listening to it on repeat last night and a bunch of times during the day today. i ate 250 calories in TOTAL. i’ve never been able to eat under 600 for reference. i haven’t weighed myself because i simply don’t want to for a few weeks, but this thing amazingly gave me the ability to not be hungry and I DON’T HAVE ANY HUNGER PANGS OR CRAVINGS. listen with headphones for best results, and if you can hear the affirmations (they’ll sound like a super fast talking computer voice) then turn down the volume.

Imagine gliding into a room, so light on your feet. Your thin legs never once touch each other, and your feet barely make a sound as you wrap your thin arms around your friend, bringing them into a hug. When you pull away, they look up and down, and ask, “have you lost weight?” You giggle and look down at your skinny body. “Have I?” You ask, but you know you have. You’ve seen the changes. You finally feel beautiful. You shrug your slender shoulders. You two continue talking, and you begin a peaceful walk through the park. People pass by, and they can’t help but stop and stare at how effortlessly beautiful you look.
But your beauty isn’t effortless, no, you worked hard for this. It was difficult, but you stuck to your workout routine, you didn’t cheat during your diets, you never. Gave. Up. And now, you’re being rewarded for it.
You and your friend decide to take a rest, and you sit down— though in truth, you’re not the least bit tired. Your body has adapted, and while your friend is panting from effort, you rest easily. Even while sitting, your thighs don’t touch.

-Yogurt OR apple ONLY in the morning
-Drink2~3L of water a day. So get your ass down stairs and chug water
-No snacks, cakes, ice cream, bread, fried foods of course
-Workout EVERYDAY!! More than 30 minutes, when busy 20 minutes
-Just say NO to friends
-fast for 48hours or more
-No snacking at night. Only water after dinner
-Don’t eat after purging. You know it’s totally unnecessary.
